It could be you…

So why the hell hasn’t it been?? I’ve been buying lottery tickets fairly regularly for over five years now. Every Wednesday and Saturday, and when they introduced the Dream Number I added that onto my ticket. I buy a Euro Millions ticket most Fridays now too. I dread to think exactly how much money I’ve pissed away over the years buying the flipping tickets. I’ve been fairly lucky with the Dream Number, getting the first one fairly often, which wins me a whopping £2. I’ve even got a tenner every few months or so on the regular lottery, or ‘Lotto’ since they re-branded it.

I’ve attempted to play it online, but that proved to be a hassle, and they took double the amount of money out my bank account than they were meant to, leaving me overdrawn. Their ‘helpline’ was anything but. They can’t return the money back into your bank account apparently, even though they are the ones who removed it, you have to remove it from your online account back into your bank account. So they can take it, but they can’t give it back…aye right.

My question is this. Just how much money do you need to pour into the lottery machine to get a decent payout? I’d be a great lottery winner, I’d be good for the economy! I have plans for at least two businesses, and once houses had been bought for all my family, the boyfriend’s family and my close friends, I’d be a property mogul! A good few of my friends have plans for businesses, or would like to return to studying, I’d love to help them out too. I wouldn’t be one of those idiots that pisses away millions of pounds on designer clothes and drugs, I’d be good with the money! Honest!! So come on Camelot, make it so!!
